"Inner throw" with direct entry (irimi).
Irimi-nage is related to kotegaeshi, only the entry is deeper behind uke and the throw is over uke's neck rather than the wrist.
It is also related to sokumen-irimi-nage (kokyu-nage-naname), where tori's other arm is used for the throw (back of the arm instead of front). Therefore it is called a "reversed irimi-nage".
