Ki-Nagare refers to moving with the flow, ‘drawing in’ and ‘expelling’ uke in the course of the movement. This principle is particularly important for the practice of Jiyu-Waza and Randori, where dynamic techniques are applied in rapid succession or when facing multiple attackers.
