Bitte 15 min vor Beginn da sein! Bitte zuerst umziehen, dann Matten aufbauen.

Donnerstags gibt es eine abweichende Regelung zu den Umkleiden:
Die Frauen sind in der vorderen Umkleide, die Männer in der hinteren. Bitte die Halle erst betreten, wenn die Gymnastikgruppe dort fertig ist.

Please arrive 15 min early! Please change first, then help setting up the tatami.

On Thursdays we have a different schedule for the changing rooms:
The female changing room is the one at the entrance, men change in the room at the far end. Please do not enter the main hall while the gymnastics group is still exercising!
