"Sword throw" or "four-directions throw".
Shihō-nage (Japanese: 四方投げ) is a throwing technique (nage-waza) used in various Japanese martial arts, such as jiu jitsu and aikidō. The name literally means "throwing in all four directions", although "sword throw" is the more common term.
Shihō-nage is closely related to udekime-nage: both share the same entries.
