Aikido Seminar with Julia Wagner

The originally planned date was moved to the weekend 29 September - 1 October! — All classes will be at our Bad Homburg and Oberursel dojos (see tab "Schedule").
Julia started aikido with Matthias Lange in 1998 and has been training in Hamburg ever since. Her development was significantly influenced by Christian Tissier shihan and his students such as Pascal Guillemin. A special place is occupied by Anita Köhler († 2018), who not only influenced her aikido, but especially her sword work. In Jan Nevelius shihan and Jorma Lyly she found further formative teachers who are a great inspiration to her today.
Julia's special interest lies in the combination of clear form with intensive contact. Communication as well as the effectiveness of the principles are central points.
Julia holds the 5th Dan Aikikai and is a teacher at the Aikido Zentrum Hamburg.

Please bring your bokken. We only have a limited amount of weapons at the dojo.

Bad Homburg and Oberursel are neighbouring cities, located in the north-west of Frankfurt am Main (from there it is ca. 20 mins by train or car). The two dojos are approx. 6 km/4 miles apart (directions on Google Maps).
