"Aikido is my anchor. It has been with me for almost half my life and has been through a lot with me. For me, this is the path – do – that has become my central focus over time. Aikido is my path to myself, sometimes straight, sometimes complicated, sometimes clear, sometimes lost. But barefoot on the mat, I always find it again.

Most recently, it led me to Klaus' dojo in Oberursel. Very quickly, the dojo became a place of wonderful new encounters for me, and the path took a new direction and picked up speed again! I love never having finished learning. Not in my body, not in my mind. It teaches me humility and consistency.

Thank you, Klaus and all of you, for welcoming me so warmly. You are a wonderful community that I am happy to belong to!"
